Quote of the Week: To improve is to change. To be perfect is to change often. – Winston Churchill
Hello friends!
We had a tough week last night – sick kiddos, storms, and being cooped up in the house. After the break in our routine, we did a big cleanup of the house to help ourselves feel like we were getting back to normal.
Like most of the country, we're getting ready to watch the worst presidential debate ever tonight. After that, I'm banning myself from watching presidential stuff. It's stressing me out, and yo, I made up my mind about who I'm voting for a long time ago! It's time to focus my energy on the Cubbies!
A Nifty Organizing Tool
I guess I've been living under a rock, but I had no idea you could buy things like this 3-Tier Slim Storage Cart. I've seen them all over Pinterest, but I always thought they were DIY homemade shelves. We've got some extra space on the side of our washer and dryer, and it might be nice to use one of these there. And, it's not too expensive!
Free Knife Skills Class!
My knife skills are so non existent that my husband can barely handle watching me cut food in the kitchen. It's bad. So, I was happy to hear that my friend Katie from Kitchen Stewardship is offering her free knife skills class again! It's geared towards kids, but, if you're anything like me, it's good for adults too.
I'm signing up, and hoping I can wow my husband with my newly found knife skills.
After this, I'll just need to work on my bow-hunting skills and computer hacking skills! (Bonus points if you get the ND reference)

Are you Frugal? I Need Your Help!
I've started a weekly column about my five frugal feats and fails for the week. I'm looking for smart chicas like you to contribute your own frugal ideas to the comments. The sharing of feats AND fails is welcome! Let's use our collective smarts to save some moolah.
Have a lovely week!
